Alex Sullivan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications from the University of North Texas, where she received the top collegiate award in the Department of Communication Studies for her research in business communication theories and practice. With a passion for people and communications management, Alex began her career as an HR assistant, spending five years honing foundational skills. This experience paved the way for management roles, where Alex oversaw corporate communications, employee relations, and an HR team of four. Bringing nearly a decade of experience in HR and related functions, Alex joined R.E. Chaix in August 2023.

Alex thrives on fostering collaboration and innovation within HR processes, aiming to

create a workplace that supports both employee satisfaction and company growth. Her

blend of analytical expertise and genuine care for people defines her approach.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time outdoors, listening to her favorite artists on

vinyl records, and spending time with her loved ones.
