Ben Erdmanis brings extensive experience across program development, marketing, underwriting support, and agency operations within the insurance industry. His career includes serving as a Program Development and Marketing Specialist for Euclid Managers, supporting professional liability and public entity programs.

Ben also played a key role in assisting with the launch and growth of Katie Freeman and Associates and Specialty Brokerage Services before co-founding US Pro Insurance Services in 2008 alongside Kevin Sneed. As an owner at US Pro, he was responsible for managing the renewal book, overseeing licensing, and ensuring compliance across the organization.

With a deep understanding of both carrier and agency operations, Ben takes a detail-oriented, solutions-driven approach to supporting partners and programs. His background in customer service, program development, and compliance allows him to anticipate challenges, streamline processes, and provide dependable, informed support at every stage of the insurance lifecycle.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys a good game of darts, watching movies, and cheering on the Bears. When time allows, he prefers being outdoors whether exploring a forest or relaxing near the beach.
