Heather brings over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry to her role at R.E. Chaix & Associates, which she joined in 2012. Before moving into wholesale insurance, Heather owned a retail agency specializing in construction, giving her unique insight into the needs of retail agents and their clients.

Heather prides herself on providing excellent service and building strong relationships with clients and carriers. Her transition to the wholesale side has expanded her expertise to include a variety of risks beyond construction, reinforcing her passion for the ever-evolving insurance industry.

Heather enjoys spending time with her husband, their two grown children, and their two Labradors. She loves outdoor activities such as kayaking, hiking, fishing, and gardening. Heather and her husband also dedicate time to community charity organizations, even incorporating service into their travels.
