Leslie Lekarczyk earned a Bachelor’s in Child Development from CSU Fullerton and a Master’s in Education from Concordia University Irvine. She has experience teaching elementary education in Hawaii and is a committed volunteer with Olivecrest Santa Ana, supporting foster children, and a Ministry Leader at Saddleback Church.

Leslie approaches her work with compassion, dedication, and a focus on community impact. Her background in education and leadership inspires her commitment to excellence.

Leslie enjoys hip-hop dancing, kayaking at Newport Back Bay, and Zumba. A foodie at heart, she loves exploring new culinary experiences and serving her church community.
