Ryan Wilber earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology while playing basketball on scholarship at Humboldt State University. With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Ryan began as a producer and progressed to district manager for a non-standard auto insurance company before transitioning to retail as a commercial insurance producer. Nearly nine years ago, Ryan joined R.E. Chaix & Associates as a broker assistant, quickly advancing to Junior Broker and then Broker. By February 2024, he was appointed Vice President of R.E. Chaix after successfully growing existing agencies and achieving $15 million in premium by the end of 2023. Ryan also holds the Certified Licensed Commercial Specialist (CLCS) designation.

Ryan’s leadership style is centered on growth and development, whether it’s building strong agency relationships or mentoring his team. His commitment to excellence and dedication to client success have driven his impressive career trajectory.

Ryan enjoys coaching his son in baseball and soccer and cheering on his daughter at club soccer games. He also loves traveling, attending live music events, and spending quality time with his wife and kids.
