Tracy Spencer has been with R.E. Chaix for 18 years, initially focusing on premium audits in accounting. In her current role as AR/AP Lead for Accounting, she manages all aspects of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, audits, and team operations. Tracy also serves as a liaison with carriers, optimizing processes for greater efficiency. Additionally, she is a certified Notary for the State of California.

Tracy’s work is defined by her attention to detail and commitment to optimizing operations. Her innovative mindset ensures the company’s continued success.

A fitness enthusiast, Tracy has been a GX Instructor for 16 years, teaching group classes and is certified in seven formats. She enjoys hiking, running, and spending time with her family.
